“Whoa, hold up, buddy!” I yelled. “You have no right to be yelling at me! I know it’s not good to be fighting over a girl, but she was mine first.”
“Yeah, and who broke her heart? You. And who is she dating now? Me. And who is over you? Her! Which proves that you can’t get her back,” Justin screeched.
“Well, you were the one who came at me! I didn’t even want to meet up!”
“Yeah, well…”
“Yeah, well what?” I parroted.
“She’s my girlfriend!”
“You know what? Give it-“
Oh no. Here comes Adeline. Um… what should I say? Don’t argue while she’s here. Just accuse! Um… tell him… just go and hurry!
“I think we should just go,” I said calmly. Wow, Adeline looks really mad.
“No! I’m here to take you down!”
“What would Adeline want?” I sound really good right now.
“Oh yeah? Well-. Adeline! Um.. why are you here?”
“Why are you two here?!” she screamed.
“Well, I just wanted to protect you. I was just telling this lowlife why he can’t have you,” he said.
“He’s not a lowlife! I know he hurt me, but he apologized! You should be happy that I’m happy again!”
“Well, I don’t know what to say…”
“I do! We’re done!”
“No, wait!”
This is my chance. I’ll follow her home, comfort her, and ask her out. She’ll so go out with me. I feel bad for Justin, but sorry, dude. I got the girl…again.
“I know you just got out of a relationship and everything, but do you wanna go out with me?” She kind of just sat there for a second and then she surprised everyone, even herself.
“Yeah, I actually would.”
“Also, will you be my girlfriend?”
“Yeah, it we’ve pretty much dated- kind of- for a while.”
Ha ha! Ha! Ha ha! I got the girl! I got the girl! Oh yeah! Okay, here’s the plan, Josh. You gotta “randomly” meet Justin and show off Adeline. Hold her hand, kiss her, and make her laugh right in front of him. He’s gonna be so mad. If you think that last argument was big, then you’re in for the biggest showdown of your life.
